About Reca

Reca offers an AI voice companion designed for ageing parents, along with this website where you can learn about the product, read our Journal, and place a pre-order.

Pre-orders, pricing, and payment

• Placing a pre-order reserves a Reca device; it does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Estimated shipping currently begins in Q3 2026 and may change.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change before dispatch. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). By paying, you authorise the charge for your order.
• For questions about cancellations, refunds, or changes to a pre-order, contact hello@heyreca.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them in an unauthorised way, interfering with their normal operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Reca name and branding, are owned by Reca or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

The Services may rely on or link to third parties (such as payment and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
